Courses

It can be difficult to access therapy when you are busy with work, school, and family. You also may not need weekly hour-long sessions.

My courses are designed for people to gain skills and improve their lives at their own pace and from the comfort of their own home. 

Couples courses are for couples that are generally happy in their relationship, and just want to learn a little more about each other, improve their communication, and enhance their connection.

The course is 8 weeks long with optional coaching sessions. Couples are asked to set aside 1+ hour per week to discuss the course together. The great thing is it can be done after kids are asleep, on a date night, or over the phone if you’re long distance. 

Each partner is sent a weekly email with questions (prompts) and information/education. Topics covered are strengths, areas of growth, love languages, emotions, communication and active listening, and more!

While the basic content is already established, each weekly assignment and feedback is catered to the couples, their strengths, challenges, and goals.

Memberships

Memberships are for people who have done a lot of work and simply want some maintenance. That is, they want to make sure all their hard work stays active!

Couples membership is for couples who have completed the course or couples therapy. You have made lots of progress and want to make sure you continue to strengthen and reinforce your relationship. Instead of returning to  cruise control, the membership gives monthly topics and assignments in order to keep up your communication and connection. 

The membership gives you weekly emails related  to a monthly theme.

90-Day Behavior Coaching Plan 

Come to me with a goal. I will help you refine it and come up with an action plan. We will also determine positive reinforcers and motivation!

It can all be done digitally, with the option of a monthly coaching call.  Also included are daily check-ins and weekly assignments catered to helping you achieve your goal!
